The Village at Magnolia Neighborhood pool is open to all neighborhood residents and their guests, provided they are current with their association dues and abide by the pool rules. Below is a list of pool rules – please abide by these to ensure an enjoyable pool experience for all neighborhood residents.

The Village at Magnolia Pool Rules:

1. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
2. No glass bottles allowed.
3. All alcohol must be in a hugger or plastic cup.
4. Clean up around THE area you used and place any furniture back properly.
5. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.
6. No inappropriate behavior/language will be allowed.
7. Pool hours are daily from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
8. You must be at least 16 years old to use the pool without an adult. This includes babysitters.
9. Anyone 16-19 years of age must have picture ID when at pool without an adult.
10. Anyone 16-19 years of age may have only one guest per visit unless homeowner is present also.
11. Children not potty trained must wear “swimmy” diapers.
12. Any homeowner, family member of a homeowner, or guest that causes something to need repair or replacement, the homeowner is responsible for full payment.
13. You must always have a pool pass with you .
14. No riding toys are allowed in pool gate. Please do not block gate area.
15. Homeowners must be with their guest at all times.
16. No under age drinking or any type of tobacco by a minor will be allowed.
17. No pets.
18. All pool rules must be followed.
19. No one allowed without pool pass.
20. No running or horse play allowed inside pool gate.
21. Please call 911 or the Tuscaloosa Sheriff’s Department (205-752-0616) if you notice suspicious or criminal activity at the pool or in the neighborhood.
22. Do not open the gate for others. Every owner who is current on association dues has been issued a pool fob to open the gate.
23.. Pool fobs can only be used by the individuals occupying the Village residence. Pool fobs are never to be loaned or given to others.
24. Pool access will be denied if Association dues are unpaid and may be suspended by the Board for violation of pool rules or restrictive covenants.

25. No pool parties without prior reservations, which can be arranged by calling Todd Whinery at 205-292-4563.  Please leave a message, and Todd will confirm your reservation.  Reminder, reservations are for a maximum of only 2 hours at a time, AND CANNOT BE MADE ON ANY HOLIDAYS.
