The 2025 HOA fees are now being collected and you will soon be receiving  information about them.  The 2025 annual fees will continue to be $204 and will be due by March 31, 2025. To make you HOA dues payment, please contact Fisher Management at (205) 310-0464.​

We understand than some homeowners are experiencing some difficult hardships during this time due to the coronavirus federal/state/local mandates that have been imposed.  If you have been impacted you can contact the board, via email, to discuss potential options for paying any HOA dues.  

This year's 2025 Homeowners Association Annual Meeting will take place on March 22nd from 9-11am at The Bobby Miller Center located at 300 Bobby Miller Parkway.

The Village at Magnolia neighborhood is located south of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, just south of Shelton State Community College and west of Englewood Elementary School.  Other neighborhoods in the immediate area include Magnolia Park, Chandler’s Crossing and Lenox South.  Development on the neighborhood began in 2000, and today is at it’s full capacity. The area is zoned for the following schools:

Taylorville Primary School (K - 2)
Englewood Elementary School (3 - 5)
Hillcrest Middle School (6 - 8)
Hillcrest High School (9 - 12)
